Shipping Area
SnapServe Supply ships exclusively within the continental United States — the 48 contiguous states. We are unable to fulfill orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, other US territories, or any international destination. Orders placed with an ineligible shipping address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We offer the following shipping tiers:
- Small Parcel — for lightweight parts
- Standard — for mid-weight parts
- Oversized — for larger or heavier parts
- 2-Day Expedited — available for eligible parts only; not available for oversized items
- Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — threshold displayed at checkout
All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated transit time after processing is typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited 2-Day shipping is available for eligible parts at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately and contact us at admin@snapserveco.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 business days. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Please note: SnapServe Supply is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
